For the 2017 leg of the Johannesburg International Mozart Festival, composer, performer and academic Neo Muyanga mentored Lungiswa Plaatjies, Prince Bulo and Kingsley Buitendag in their attempt to compose music that featured traditional African instruments alongside their western counterparts.
